OntoIndex needs robust RDF parsing/storage/query capabilities.

Decision

Use Oxigraph for RDF/SPARQL infrastructure where appropriate.

Consequences

Positive: - mature Rust RDF/SPARQL ecosystem - avoids building triplestore internals - enables SPARQL support

Negative: - OntoIndex must differentiate above the triplestore layer
